Stored Information

We store two types of data which are :
- Identifying data :
The bot stores general information when added like server name & ID, server owner name & ID, etc...
And it creates some default values for the server like English as the server language settings.
- User input :
The bot stores some data which the user provides for using some features like welcome channel name & ID, welcome text & image url, autorole roles names & IDs, etc...

Information Usage

The collected information will be used to provide related features.
We may also use or disclose information to resolve disputes.
At times, we may review status or activity of multiple users to do so.
We may disclose or access information whenever we believe in good faith that the law so requires or if we otherwise consider it necessary to do so to maintain service and improve our services.
We use your information such as logs (activity records) to help diagnose problems with our bot, to manage our bot and to enhance it based on the usage pattern we receive.

Information Removal

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service.
There are two ways to remove your stored data:
- Automatic removal :
Stored Data can be removed automatically through means of removing the bot from a Server.
This can be achieved by either kicking or banning the bot from the server.

- Manual removal :
Manual removal of the data can be requested through our discord server.
Only a server owner may request manual removal of data and requesting it will result in the bot being removed from the server, if still present on it.

Disclosure Of Your Information

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

- To our affiliates.
- With the consent of the person providing the information.
- We may also disclose your personal information:
